Whats in a Metal?

whats in a metal? i asked myself driving back home from my aunts place.

my aunt who was happily married three years ago thought there was everything in a metal-power, happiness and the fact that your friends don't have it while you do. she was complaining how her husband wouldn't fulfill her demands, demands of buying new gold.

i thought of this from her husbands point of view, who worked as a teacher and belonged to a middle class family. i mean he earns enough so as to lead a happy life satisfying all the basic necessities. inspite of that he goes out of his way to keep my aunt happy.

on the other hand my aunt is always thinking of buying something new, whether it be furniture or accessories, shes a certified shopaholic. and, all that her husband is doing or has been doing is never appreciated until he gets her some jewellery etc?

i know, we girls love to shop! i also understand that we've got both desires and needs. i personally love to shop but i will never ever take it to that extent where it can lead to a break up with my partner.

i mean i didn't marry for him to become my Atm or my love for him cannot be confined to some metal which is     difficult for him to buy?!

what are you gonna do with all that gold or any other piece of jewellery for that matter without him by your side?? i mean where do we stand with all these luxuries but without his consent?

We all must learn to get done with our Needs first rather than paying heed to our Wants .

In Fashion now, will wear out tomorrow. 

Will this make him smile?

         

   Beautifying yourself for him when he cant afford it?

Love is beyond all conditions and material-isms. Love him for who he is and what he can provide to you.
